3. Shipping Procedures

We may offer: in the event of non-delivery or loss during transit. a new shipment from the same manufacturer or another, or a full refund, contingent on the circumstance and availability of the product. Customers are eligible for one free reshipment per order if the delivery failure is confirmed.

The product was opened, used, or tampered with. After 48 hours of delivery, the issue is reported.
